House standard specifications
For wind rating regions A+B & C+D
These specifications were originally written in 2020 for an NDIS tender package. However, they can be readily updated to accommodate a non-NDIS house. The primary modifications would involve fixtures, support rails, and the layout of bathrooms and wet areas, as NDIS houses usually have specific requirements in these areas.
That being said, I actually find the NDIS wet area design quite practical for standard house layouts. It simplifies cleaning by eliminating the typical nooks and crannies often found in these rooms, which are usually designed without considering liveability.

Renovation Project Specification
Here is a renovation project specification we developed. This was a partially demolished house, with partially started rebuild. The goal of this specification was to map everything, highlight and build a complete specification that could be used to complete the renovation project and guide everyone working on the job (communicated to all trades and suppliers to assist with quoting). We used this in conjunction with a QMBA Residential Renovation Contract - Progress Payments to administer the job.
