That’s why we’re committed to bridging these gaps by providing you with clear, valuable information, answering your questions, and empowering you to make confident decisions from start to finish.

We know that building a home can feel daunting, especially for first-timers. But with Constructor as your go-to resource, you won’t have to tackle it alone. We’re here to offer guidance, support, and reliable advice to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible.

Anthony Painter

Anthony is a seasoned construction professional with over 24 years of experience in residential construction. He holds a degree in Construction Management from QUT Brisbane, Australia, providing him with a solid foundation in the industry. Throughout his career, Anthony has excelled in various roles, including estimating, scheduling, contract administration, maintenance, building supervision, construction management, project management, project delivery, and dispute resolution.

He is a licensed builder, a licensed waterproofer, a Workplace Health and Safety Officer (WHSO), and has completed his PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner (Agile). He’s also a licensed real estate agent, holding a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice for QLD.

Yes, you read that correctly: he can build the house, waterproof it, manage the risk, and then sell it to you… legally.

But he didn’t stop there.

Because being two-thirds of a bad bar joke wasn’t enough, he’s now enrolled to get his motor vehicle dealer licence.

Which means, very soon, he’ll be the full trifecta:
a builder, a real estate agent, and a car salesman.

If you’re wondering whether you should be impressed or mildly alarmed, the correct answer is “both.”

The upside? When it comes to houses, property, and cars, he’s either the most overqualified person you’ll ever deal with… or the most dangerous man to argue with over a contract.

Anthony's time with a major project builder has given him a unique perspective on how construction companies operate, along with practical insights into the challenges customers often face. His extensive knowledge and hands-on experience enable him to effectively manage complex construction projects and deliver high-quality outcomes. Both clients and colleagues regard him as a trusted advisor.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys hiking and camping, exploring new trails and campsites on weekends. His love for the outdoors has shaped his commitment to sustainable construction practices, emphasising waste minimisation and environmental responsibility.

What is he currently reading? Despite having done speed-reading courses in the past (not a joke), he is still a painfully slow reader. At the moment, he’s working his way through Critical Chain Project Management, Third Edition by Lawrence P. Leach, and has been since 16th August 2024.

Anthony is dedicated to providing exceptional service, transparency and expertise, ensuring that every construction project meets the highest standards.
